Getting started with Collab House is simple!
1️⃣ Sign Up & Onboard – Brands complete a short onboarding form where they share details about their business, ideal influencers, and campaign goals.
2️⃣ Create a Campaign – During onboarding, brands set up their first campaign, specifying the type of influencers they want, collaboration details, and expectations.
3️⃣ Influencers Apply – Once live, influencers will apply within 24-48 hours (and on an ongoing basis). Brands can also create additional campaigns later as part of their subscription.
4️⃣ Review & Select Influencers – Brands can browse applicants’ profiles, including, audience insights metrics and collaborations. They approve those they want to work with.
5️⃣ Direct Outreach – Instead of waiting for applicants, brands can use Collab House’s search tool to find and invite influencers who fit their criteria, using filters like location, engagement rate, and niche.
6️⃣ Collaboration Begins – Once a brand approves an influencer, or an invited influencer accepts, a match is made. Brands and influencers can then discuss content deliverables, send products,and manage collaborations through the Collab House Inbox.

A match (collaboration) happens when:
✅ An influencer applies to your campaign, and you approve them.
✅ You invite an influencer via the Search tool, and they accept.
Once matched, you can chat with the influencer, outline expectations, and move forward the campaign.
📌 Important:
•Matches are deducted from your monthly quota based on your plan.
•Any unused matches do not roll over to the next month or billing cycle.

3️⃣ Choose a Plan – Pick a subscription tier and start a 7-day free trial with full platform access.
4️⃣ Approval Process – Our team reviews new sign-ups within 24 hours, and once approved,brands receive a welcome email.
While a website isn’t mandatory, we recommend having one to help influencers learn moreabout your brand and boost collaboration success.
For 7 days, brands get full access to Collab House, including:
•Listing campaigns for influencers to apply.
•Exploring the influencer network and receiving applications.
•Collaborating with up to 5 influencers (if continuing after the trial, these counttoward the first month’s quota).
📌 Note: The trial is for testing collaborations and the platform—not necessarily for finished content, as influencer timelines vary.
Brands can set up different types of campaigns (gifted, paid, affiliate) based on their marketing goals.
🔹 Step-by-step campaign setup:
1. Name your campaign & write a short description.
2. Select the platform (Instagram/TikTok).
3. Choose content types (posts, reels, stories, etc.).
4. Decide on compensation (gifted, paid, or affiliate-based).
5. Set campaign goals (brand awareness, UGC, sales).
6. Outline clear instructions for influencers.
Once a campaign is live, influencers will discover and apply to it. Brands can review applicants,approve matches, and track collaborations through their dashboard.
If you’re a new customer, you’ll start with a 7-day free trial. After that:
✅ When the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically through Stripe.
✅ Your billing cycle starts on the day your trial ends and renews monthly.
✅ Matches must be used within each billing cycle, as they don’t roll over.
📌 Example:
•A brand starts a free trial on June 1.
•On June 7, the paid subscription begins.
•Their next billing date is July 7.
Yes! You can change your subscription at any time. If you upgrade, your new plan will activate immediately, and you’ll get instant access to the additional features. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the next billing cycle.
Yes, you can cancel your plan anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time, but you will still have access to your campaigns until your cycle ends.
If you reach your match limit before your billing cycle resets, you can:
1️⃣ Wait for the next billing cycle, or
2️⃣ Upgrade your plan to get more matches instantly.
